Open cap and splash wet the cotton fabric within the liquid of ICE FIRE extinguisher. then cover the oil pan to put out the fire.

Throw ICE FIRE extinguisher near beside the wall of oil fire to break the bottle and splash the liquid to cover the oil fire to stop the fire.
